Le Tie Guan Yin est un des meilleurs thés chinois. C’est un Oolong qui provient de la province du Fujian.
Ce thé développe d’abord un agréable parfum torréfié-sucré lorsque les feuilles sont ouvertes. Le goût est léger et savoureux, avec des Notes aromatiques torréfiés bien équilibrés et une acidité rafraîchissante. De fines notes florales se complètent avec des Notes aromatiques d’écorce d’orange et de réglisse. Ce thé se marie bien avec toutes sortes de plats et de desserts. Cela vaut également la peine de le faire infuser brièvement plusieurs fois. Chaque infusion ouvre une palette aromatique différente !
