Thé blanc chinois de la région du Hunan, qui signifie « Pivoine Blanche ». La récolte s’est faite début avril sur des théiers bio. La cueillette est composée de premières feuilles, de tiges et de bourgeons. Ces notes subtiles de noisette et châtaigne en font un thé gourmand en bouche et très tendre.
