Ce thé Noir « Jin Mao Hou » de la région chinoise du Fujian vient précisément de la montagne Tai Mu. Cela signifie Singe Doré en Chinois, référence aux bourgeons dorés qui reproduisent les pattes des singes par leurs formes incurvées. Selon la légende c’est en hommage à ces mêmes singes qui étaient entrainés à aller récolter ce thé souvent inaccessible au vu des montagnes.
C’est un merveilleux thé du matin avec une liqueur orange vive aux notes de caramel chaud, cacao et touches de fruits cuits.
