Richesse, intensité, longueur en bouche, harmonie. Très végétal, marin, fruité, beurré.
Le Tamaryokucha est un thé vert japonais dont la feuille, au lieu d’être pliée en aiguille comme pour le Sencha, est torsadée, ce qui lui donne davantage de couleur (vert foncé), un signe de grande qualité pour ce type de thé. Ce thé est très peu répandu au Japon, sa faible production ne représente pas plus de 4% des thés du pays.
Ce grand cru ravira les amateurs et connaisseurs pour sa subtilité et sa délicatesse. Une infusion soyeuse et très parfumée !
