How to prepare your Tea

To enjoy your tea properly, and to allow the tea leaves to develop perfectly their aroma, there are some rules to respect: the temperature oft he water, the quantity of tea, and the infusion time.

These conditions depend on different points: the type of tea and its shape (whole leaves, broken or rolled leaves...). Generally, one teaspoon of tea is enough for a standard cup (3dl)
